This is the exact configuration protocol I designed and require for every Premium unit shipped under the Calvin Rig name — executed to my specification before any unit leaves the warehouse.
Step 1 Unboxing & Physical Inspection
▶ The Process: We carefully unbox the unit and inspect the chassis, heat sinks, and cooling fans.
✔ Why it matters: Factory lines make mistakes. We ensure your miner has zero loose components and is structurally sound before it ever powers on.
Step 2 Power Initialization & Network Calibration
▶ The Process: We boot up the miner and establish a secure Wi-Fi connection, ensuring the firmware and control board are responding perfectly.
✔ Why it matters: A common trap for beginners is spending hours troubleshooting network drops or failing to access the dashboard. We make sure your machine's "brain" is responding exactly as it should.
Step 3 Dual-Pool & Wallet Setup Premium Exclusive
▶ The Process: We configure two mining pools (a Primary and a Backup) and load a wallet placeholder, ready for you to update with your own real BTC wallet address the moment you power on.
✔ Why it matters: If a single mining pool goes offline, ordinary miners stop earning. With our Dual-Pool setup, your machine automatically switches to the backup pool, ensuring your rig mines continuously.

Step 4 Hashrate Fine-Tuning & Stability Test Premium Exclusive
▶ The Process: We run a live mining session to push the hardware. We monitor the chip temperature and fine-tune the settings to ensure it hits the optimal hashrate without overheating. Units are monitored until a stable operating hashrate is confirmed.
✔ Why it matters: We don't just "turn it on"; we verify it actually mines efficiently before it leaves our hands.
Step 5 The Calvin Certified Final Check
▶ The Process: Every unit's serial number, pool configuration, hashrate, and display status is recorded on video against our full QC checklist before it's securely packed for shipping to help expedite any future support requests.
✔ Why it matters: This video verification record means faster resolution if a warranty claim is ever needed — it backs your exclusive 3-Month Warranty (or 180-Day Replacement on Diamond editions).
⚠️ Note on Customs Inspections: International shipments may be subject to random opening and inspection by customs authorities. If your package arrives showing signs of inspection, this does not constitute a "used" or "opened" item on our part and does not affect your warranty coverage.

Every unit goes through rigorous pre-shipment testing and video QC recording. For our Diamond edition, the setup process is designed to be completed easily by you upon arrival. Because Diamond units use a proprietary Bluetooth app for seamless management, pool and wallet configuration is done directly from your phone in minutes. Please note that Hashrate Tuning and pre-configured pools are exclusive to the Premium tier, as Diamond units operate at optimized factory defaults.
The true value of the Diamond edition is what happens after you receive it. On select flagship models, the Diamond tier upgrades your protection to a 180-Day Local Unit Replacement warranty (USA, Dubai, HK). If a genuine fault develops within 180 days, we replace your unit entirely instead of repairing it — no waiting for parts, no shipping back to Asia.
Standard Edition: The Basic Power-On Test
(For experienced DIY miners)
While our Premium Edition offers a full plug-and-mine experience, we understand some veteran miners prefer to handle the technical setup themselves. For our Standard Edition units, we provide a basic factory-level verification:
• The Process: Every unit is unpacked, power-tested to confirm it boots up correctly, and repacked under my specification before shipping to you.
• What is NOT included: The Standard Edition does not include firmware updates, Wi-Fi calibration, dual-pool setup, wallet integration, or live hashrate fine-tuning. You will configure all of this yourself after delivery.
• Who is this for? This option is strictly for advanced users who are comfortable troubleshooting network drops, configuring stratum URLs, and dialing in chip temperatures on their own.
