Shipping Policy

1. Nature of Business & Compliance

We are a physical computing hardware retailer. We strictly sell tangible consumer electronics (e.g., micro-computing nodes, hardware accessories). Compliance Note: We DO NOT offer cloud mining, hash-rate rentals, or any digital financial/custodial services. All orders are physical products shipped directly to your designated address.

2. Order Processing & Pre-Shipment Verification

To ensure "Extreme Trust" and zero DOA (Dead on Arrival) issues, every unit undergoes our rigorous quality control process before dispatch.

  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.
  • This processing time includes our mandatory Pre-Shipment Verification. During this time, our technicians will manually inspect the device, configure it (for Premium Editions), and record a personalized verification video.
  • Your order will only be handed over to the courier after this verification process is fully completed.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

To guarantee secure and rapid delivery, we strictly utilize top-tier international couriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL). We refuse to use slow, untrackable economic postal services. A valid end-to-end tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch.

  • Hong Kong SAR (Local): 1 - 2 business days via SF Express.
  • Premium International Express (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Asia, etc.): 3 - 7 business days.

(Note: Delivery times are highly accurate estimates commencing from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for minor delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or extreme weather conditions.)

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Global Safety & Customs Compliant (No Confiscation Risks): Unlike cheap overseas sellers who often ship uncertified power adapters (risking customs confiscation and fire hazards), every Calvin Crypto miner includes a fully certified, global-standard Power Supply (CE, FCC, cULus, UKCA, PSE). We provide perfect commercial invoices, ensuring smooth customs clearance for our USA, UK, and EU buyers.

Buyer's Tax Responsibility: While we ensure your hardware and paperwork are perfectly compliant to prevent customs seizures, the buyer is the importer of record. Buyers are 100% responsible for all import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), consumption taxes, and customs brokerage fees applicable in the destination country.

⚠️ Note on Customs Inspections: International shipments may be subject to random opening and inspection by customs authorities. If your package arrives with the "VOID" seal broken, but shows evidence of customs re-sealing (e.g., official customs tape), this does not constitute a "used" or "opened" item by Calvin Crypto. Our pre-shipment verification video serves as the final proof of the item's pristine condition upon dispatch.

Customs Abandonment Policy (STRICT): If a package is rejected, returned, or destroyed by local customs authorities strictly because the buyer refuses or fails to pay the required import taxes, the package will be legally considered abandoned. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if the package arrives with severe physical damage, please contact us at support@calvinrig.com within 48 hours. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed instructions on handling shipping-related claims.
