Welcome to Calvin Rig. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our legal business entity, CALVIN RIG TECHNOLOGY. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. Please read them carefully.

SECTION 1 - NATURE OF BUSINESS & DISCLOSURE

Calvin Rig is a retailer of physical electronic hardware. We sell tangible computing equipment (e.g., NerdOCTAxe, hardware accessories).

No Digital Services: We DO NOT provide "Cloud Mining," hash-rate rentals, or any form of remote mining services.
No Custody: We do not handle, host, or have access to any digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases belonging to our customers.
Informational Use Only: All information provided regarding hardware setup is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & SPECIFICATIONS

Visual Variations: As our hardware may involve DIY components or manual assembly, the physical appearance, heatsink color, or fan model may vary slightly from the product images. Such variations do not affect the core functionality of the device.
Performance Metrics: Hash rates (e.g., 12Th/s) listed on product pages are theoretical values provided by manufacturers Actual performance depends on network difficulty, power supply stability, and ambient cooling conditions. We do not guarantee specific output values in all environments.

SECTION 3 - PRICING, BILLING, CUSTOMS & DISPUTES

Currency & Payments: Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We use regulated third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By submitting an order, you agree to their respective terms of service.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Coverage: We provide 100% Guaranteed Insured DDP Shipping for major regions including USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe (EU), Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and the Middle East. In these regions, we cover all Customs Duties and VAT. For non-DDP regions, the buyer is responsible for local import taxes. If a package is rejected or abandoned in non-DDP regions due to refusal to pay local taxes, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Chargebacks & Dispute Policy: We maintain a strict policy against friendly fraud. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed vigorously using IP address logs, delivery confirmation, and pre-shipment verification videos.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Order Fulfillment: Due to our mandatory pre-shipment Quality Assurance (QA) and verification process, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order is submitted. If an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch, it cannot be canceled.
Returns: All returns are strictly subject to our Refund and Return Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed conditions regarding unopened items.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Transfer of Risk: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. For DDP orders, we guarantee delivery to your door, including customs clearance coverage. If customs holds a DDP shipment, we assume the responsibility to resolve the issue or reship.
Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, geopolitical conflicts, or errors made by the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 - DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No Investment Guarantee: We explicitly state that we do not guarantee any economic gain or profit from the use of this hardware. Cryptocurrency mining involves significant risks; these risks are borne entirely by the customer.
Consequential Damages: Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of hardware as outlined in our Warranty Policy. We are not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to electricity costs, loss of anticipated profits, or data loss.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of CALVIN RIG TECHNOLOGY for any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific order.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using our hardware or services for any unlawful activity, including violation of local energy regulations or involvement in illegal money laundering activities. We reserve the right to terminate service for any violations.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR).
