Step 1 Unboxing & Physical Inspection

Step 2 Power Initialization & Network Calibration
▶ The Process: We boot up the miner and establish a secure Wi-Fi connection, ensuring the firmware and control board are responding perfectly.

Step 3 Dual-Pool & Wallet Setup Our Core Value
▶ The Process: We configure two mining pools (a Primary and a Backup) and load a wallet placeholder, ready for you to update with your own BTC wallet address the moment you power on.

Step 4 Hashrate Fine-Tuning & Stability Test
▶ The Process: We run a live mining session to push the hardware. We monitor the chip temperature and fine-tune the settings to ensure it hits the optimal hashrate without overheating. This isn't a quick five-minute check — units often run on my bench for hours while I watch how they behave under sustained load.
✔ Why it matters: We don't just "turn it on"; we verify it actually mines at peak efficiency. No more guessing if your chips are underperforming.
Step 5 The "Calvin Certified" Final Seal
▶ The Process: We apply our unique Tamper-Evident VOID Seal with a recorded serial number once the miner passes all tests, followed by secure packing.
✔ Why it matters: This seal is your guarantee. It proves the unit was personally verified by Calvin and protects your exclusive 3-Month Warranty (or 180-Day Replacement on Diamond editions).
⚠️ Note on Customs Inspections: International shipments may be subject to random opening and inspection by customs authorities. If your package arrives with the "VOID" seal broken, but shows evidence of customs re-sealing (e.g., official customs tape), this does not constitute a "used" or "opened" item by Calvin Crypto. Our pre-shipment verification video serves as the final proof of the item's pristine condition upon dispatch.

Every unit — Standard, Premium, Diamond Lite, or Diamond — goes through the exact same 5-step QC process above. The difference is what happens after you receive it.
On select flagship models, our Diamond Lite and Diamond editions upgrade your warranty to 180-Day Local Unit Replacement (USA, Dubai, HK). If a genuine fault develops within 180 days, we replace your unit instead of repairing it — no waiting, no shipping back to Asia.
Standard Edition: The Basic Power-On Test
(For experienced DIY miners)
While our Premium Edition offers a full plug-and-mine experience, we understand some veteran miners prefer to handle the technical setup themselves. For our Standard Edition units, we provide a basic factory-level verification:
• The Process: We unpack the miner, plug it into a power source to confirm it boots up correctly, and immediately repack it for shipping.
• What is NOT included: The Standard Edition does not include firmware updates, Wi-Fi calibration, dual-pool setup, wallet integration, or live hashrate fine-tuning. You will configure all of this yourself after delivery.
• Who is this for? This option is strictly for advanced users who are comfortable troubleshooting network drops, configuring stratum URLs, and dialing in chip temperatures on their own.
