We want your mining journey to be successful. At Calvin Rig, we stand behind the quality of our Bitcoin solo miners and are committed to providing top-tier technical assistance to keep your rigs hashing smoothly.
1. Technical Support & Setup Assistance
Every purchase includes access to our technical support, regardless of edition. Before any unit ever needs to be shipped back, our team will personally help you troubleshoot — we first determine whether it's a simple software setting issue or a genuine hardware failure, to avoid unnecessary shipping. If a repair or replacement is confirmed, we act as your exclusive contact window with the manufacturer.
2. Warranty Coverage by Edition

🔹 Standard & 👑 Premium: 3-Month Local Warranty (USA, Germany, HK) on all models. Repairs are handled at our local service centers — no cross-border shipping, no customs headaches.

💎 Diamond Lite & Diamond: 180-Day Local Unit Replacement (USA, Dubai, HK). If your unit develops a genuine, non-human-induced fault within 180 days, we replace it instead of repairing it — no repair wait.

3. Coverage Details & Logistics

Standard & Premium (Repair): Covers labor and diagnostic fees for manufacturer defects under normal operating conditions. Replacement parts (e.g., ASIC chips, control boards, screens, or fans) are invoiced separately unless covered under the manufacturer's original factory warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping the unit to our local service center; we cover return shipping once repaired.

Diamond Lite & Diamond (Replacement): If a genuine fault is confirmed, we ship you a replacement unit at no additional cost. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the faulty unit to the nearest service point; we cover the cost of shipping your replacement back, anywhere in the world.

Diagnosis First: To avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, we always troubleshoot remotely first via video call or screen share before any unit is shipped for repair or replacement.
4. Warranty Exclusions
To maintain your warranty coverage, please operate your miners within factory specifications. The warranty is strictly voided by overclocking, installation of custom/third-party firmware, improper power supply/voltage, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly.
5. Certified Hardware Guarantee (Safety & Reliability)
Many hardware failures and fire hazards in the mining industry are caused by cheap, uncertified power adapters provided by overseas drop-shippers. Every Calvin Rig miner is shipped with a globally certified Power Supply (CE, FCC, cULus, UKCA, PSE), providing a stable voltage supply to your miner and helping maximize its lifespan and safe operation in your home.
